ANM EXPO ® 2011 Policies:

  • All media personnel REQUIRE appropriate credentials and are subject to prior approval by David Castlegrant & Associates Media Relations.  Please call 800-880-2485.
  • ANM EXPO ® reminds all members of the media registered of our zero-tolerance policy for on-site soliciting by attendees with complimentary working press credentials. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to marketing and sales of ad space for any publication of any kind by reporters, editors and/or photographers. Anyone found engaging in such behavior will be subject to having their working press credentials revoked immediately and may result in the ejection from the premises.

Production Groups and Filming at ANM EXPO ®  For safety and legal reasons, ANM EXPO ® strictly limits filming and requires all film crews to be credentialed as Working Press and escorted by our staff while on the Expo floor. All production companies that wish to film on the Expo floor must obtain prior, written permission from David Castlegrant & Associates and Southpoint Hotel & Casino; pay a processing fee and comply with all Expo policies. A service fee of $300.00 will be charged to each production company which will allow access to the Expo floor for 3 hours. For purposes of this Policy, “film” shall include, but not be limited to, any and all forms of taping, audio or video recording and broadcasting regardless of medium.

  • An ORIGINAL Certificate of Insurance (provided by the production company’s insurance company or the agent) must be a General Liability Insurance Certificate naming ANM EXPO ® ; its Directors, Officers, Agents and Employees; and the Tuscany Suites & Casino as additional insureds from January 16, 2011 through January 19, 2011. The Production Company, at its sole cost and expense, must procure and maintain through this term, comprehensive general liability insurance against claims for bodily injury and property damage occurring in or upon or resulting from any activities or persons on the premises leased by ANM EXPO ®. Such insurance shall include contractual liability and product liability coverage, with combined single limits of liability of no less than $1,000,000.
  • Satellite media tours and other “pay-for-play” agreements between credentialed press and exhibitors are strictly prohibited.
  • Production companies must submit a tape or DVD of the finished product to David Castlegrant & Associates before they can be considered for credentials at a future ANM EXPO ®.
  • ANM EXPO ® reserves the absolute unfettered right to change, augment, delete or otherwise modify this Policy, as well as any other policies relating to the management and administration of ANM EXPO ®.
